The Oldest Bar in San Francisco

The Little Shamrock was established in 1893 primarily for the workers who were building Golden Gate Park. Located on 9th and Lincoln just outside the park, it was a perfect place for them to stop and have a beer after a long, laborious day of work. Still alive and well today, the Shamrock has become a popular neighborhood spot with cozy couches, cheap prices, and killer Irish Coffee.
